Lawn maintenance FAQs

How much does lawn maintenance cost in Raleigh, NC?
Our EasyLawn base plan starts at $299/month, with final pricing based on lot size and your property’s needs. Lawn care, pruning, irrigation, and leaf haul-away & disposal services can be added to build a complete plan. We’ll give you an exact monthly price after a quick look at your property — free and no obligation.

What areas do you serve?
We provide weekly lawn and landscape maintenance throughout Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Garner, and Knightdale, North Carolina.

What’s the difference between lawn care and lawn maintenance?
Lawn maintenance covers the physical upkeep — mowing, edging, bed maintenance, and leaf management. Lawn care refers to turf treatments like fertilization, weed control, and aeration. At Edison, our EasyLawn plan covers maintenance, and TotalLawn combines both — one plan, one schedule, one point of contact.

Is mulch or pine straw included in a maintenance plan?
Mulch and pine straw installations are handled as standalone projects, scheduled and invoiced separately from your maintenance plan. Most of our clients refresh their beds once or twice a year — just ask and we’ll add it to the calendar.

When should I start a maintenance plan?
Anytime. We onboard new maintenance clients year-round — spring and fall are our busiest sign-up seasons, so reaching out a few weeks ahead gets you on the schedule before the rush.
